Jarron Saint Onge Selected for KUMC's Ruth Bohan Teaching Professorship

We are proud to announce Jarron Saint Onge is a 2026 honoree for the Ruth Bohan Teaching Professorship in the School of Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC). The Ruth Bohan Teaching Professorship is KUMC's highest recognition for teaching.  

Saint Onge is a Research Project Leader (RPL) for the Women's Health CoBRE as the PI for the project "Rural Health Lifestyles: The role of Demographic Change and Migration Shifts on Rural Women's Health".  He is not only an RPL, but he is Co-Director of Kansas Population Center, Director of the KUMC Health Policy and Management Ph.D. Program and Professor of Sociology, holding appointments at both the University of Kansas (KU)-Lawrence campus and KUMC.
